Can I change the currency in which my customers are billed?
No, this is not a desirable option for a dropship business. Your dropshipper will base their prices in their home currency or currency of choice (i.e. USD) and bill you for their items in this currency. If you change the currency within your shop to something other than the currency used by your dropshipper, your profit margins will fluctuate due to changes in exchange rates. You would likely end up losing money on some orders or constantly have to update your pricing to ensure reasonable profit margins. All of the turnkey businesses advertised on our website accept payments in USD unless otherwise stated.
How will I get paid?
With our dropship businesses, you'll get paid instantly by your customers through PayPal or AlertPay. The funds will be available in your account instantly and you'll be able to transfer them directly into your bank account. How will I know when I make a sale?

How do I pay my dropshipper?

Does your dropshipper ship worldwide?
Yes they do. Keep in mind that our dropshippers are based in the US (unless otherwise stated) so international orders may be subjected to customs and duties.

Yes! Your dropshipper will remain transparent throughout the entire process. They'll ship your orders directly to your customers using your company name and information. Your customers will never know of or hear from your dropshipper.

Remember, your dropshipper is transparent throughout the entire process. Your goal is to appear as an individual business entity to your customers. This means that your customers will need to contact you if there is a problem with their order. Once you've determined the issue, you can coordinate with your dropshipper to correct the error. If a return is required, your dropshipper will provide you with instructions and a nondescript address to which your customer can return their items.
How do I handle returns? (dropship only)
One of the benefits of a retail adult business is that the majority of items fall under the intimate item category. This means that a customer cannot return an item that has opened simply because they don't like it. This is good news for a dropship business because less returns means less headaches for you. In the event that a customer receives a defective item, your dropshipper will provide you with instructions and a nondescript address to which your customer can return their item.
Can I add my own products or products from another dropshipper? (dropship only)
No, this is highly problematic. When you add items from multiple dropshippers or sources you complicate the order process. There is nothing that prevents a customer from ordering items offered by dropshipper A and dropshipper B in a single order. In your customer's eyes they're placing an order from a single source but in reality, part of their order will be shipped by dropshipper A and part of it by dropshipper B. Additionally, each dropshipper will bill you a shipping charge for their part of the order. While our software does pass shipping charges onto the customer, this will result in an unreasonably high shipping rate and likely result in the customer abandoning their cart. If your customer does go ahead with the order regardless of the bloated shipping rate, they'll end up receiving their order in two separate parts at two different times. This may cause confusion and might result in the customer contacting you about missing items. Not only will you be bogged down in questions about missing items, you'll also be stuck trying to keep track of which items belong to which dropshipper. And you'll routinely have to place orders with multiple dropshippers just to get a single order shipped. As you can see, this simply isn't a reasonable solution and is largely the reason why we've decided to limit our dropship businesses to a single product source. Don't worry though, our dropshippers carry plenty of items that will keep your shops fully stocked.
