Refunds will allowed if a customer’s service is not working for reasons within the control of Adult Turnkey Depot, if an error has been made by Adult Turnkey Depot or if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please be advised that domain name purchases are non-refundable unless registered in error by Adult Turnkey Depot.

If you have any concerns about your order or wish to cancel a recurring billing product, please contact us. All recurring billing cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after this time will take effect on your next billing cycle.
