Refund Policy

We guarantee that you will receive services as described within our website. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and we will do whatever we can to remedy any problems or concerns as quickly as possible. Refunds will be allowed if a customer's service is not working for reasons within the control of Adult Turnkey Depot, if an error has been made by Adult Turnkey Depot or if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please note that setup fees and domain name registration fees are not refundable. If we register a domain name on your behalf, a $20 fee will be withheld from your original purchase price. We highly recommend that you contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase.

If you have any concerns about your order or wish to cancel a recurring billing product, please contact us. Please include your order number or domain name with all correspondence. All recurring billing cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after this time will take effect on your next billing cycle.
